WAIVER AND INDEMNITY BY DRIVER AND CO-DRIVER -- We hereby request PACE CLUB, MANILA SPORTS CAR CLUB and TRADESHOW INTERNATIONAL, INC. (collectively, the “Organizers”) to allow me to participate in the motoring event stated here (including practice & related activities, the “Event”). In consideration thereof, I hereby confirm and agree as follows: I am participating in the Event with the full knowledge of the danger involved, and have satisfied myself as to the condition of my car as well as the condition, facilities, management, and provisions of safety at the place or places where the Events are to be conducted. I shall save harmless and keep indemnified the ORGANIZERS, the event managers, and their respective directors, officials, representatives, members, personnel, and agents, and all other clubs, associations and individuals connected with the organization of the Events, from and against all claims, costs, expenses, and demands in respect of other persons or property that may be suffered by me, my car, my crew, or other persons, however caused, arising out of in connection with my taking part in the Event and notwithstanding that the same may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of the ORGANIZERS, the EVENT MANAGER, or any of the aforesaid persons.Neither I nor any of my successors or other persons claiming on my behalf will make any demand or claim of any kind whatsoever, all of which claims I hereby waive, against any other contestant in this event or against any ORGANIZER, the EVENT MANAGER, or any of the other persons referred to in the preceding paragraph, whether arising during practice, the races or at any time during the course of the events, however caused. I understand that should I at the time of the Event be suffering from any disability, whether permanent or temporary, that might impair my control of my car, I may not take part unless I have declared such disability in writing to the GRAND MARSHALL who will then consider whether I may be permitted to drive. The foregoing notwithstanding, and regardless of the examination and approval of my car upon scrutineering by the ORGANIZER or any race official, whether with or without qualification, I warrant and confirm that the sole responsibility for determining whether I and the car I am to use are in suitable condition for the Event rests solely with me.
